bunpm provides package registries, Rust and native artifact distribution, Git repositories, releases, automation, developer marketplace products, jobs, contracts, sponsorships, payments, mail, and related tools. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

Developer content & collaboration

bunpm can host package metadata and artifacts, repository content, releases, marketplace listings, collaboration records, and related account data. You are responsible for content you publish, permissions you grant, licenses you attach, and third-party code or assets you distribute.

Use of the service

bunpm is a developer infrastructure platform. You are responsible for packages, artifacts, repositories, releases, listings, services, messages, contracts, permissions, prices, and licenses you create or control.

You must not upload malicious packages or repositories, misleading metadata, infringing content, credential dumps, secrets, malware, abusive communications, fraudulent listings, or materials that compromise other users or systems.

Prohibited activities

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the service without prior written permission.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Certain features of bunpm may require a paid subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Any refund policies will be described at the point of purchase and may change over time.

Packages, native artifacts, repository content, releases, automation, marketplace purchases, services, and contracts are subject to their respective terms and publisher representations. Limitation of liability & warranties

Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to bunpm, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. Where permitted by law, we may also suspend or terminate your account for operational or security reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
